Blogging

Blogging has grown very, very quickly. More that can anyone imagined. Now there are nearly 163 milion blogs over all the world with more than 69 thousand blogs every 24 hours. But blogging is a big industry that can give you more pleasure but also concerns. The more this industry is expanding you have to secure yourself because this expansion bring serios revenue.
Some of the new blogger ignore the legal aspects, so if you are a fresh blogger here are some thing that you have to keep in mind. In December 2009, the FTC revised their guidelines to bring social media and internet advertisers into the ix. But in doing this create a concern that is difficult to recognize an 'advertisment' in social media. So every blogger needs to be aware of the guidelines and take some simple steps to minimize their liability
1. Disclosure…
Bloggers need to open any material relationship with an advertiser or band. This relationship can involve anything from recieveing cash, free product in exchange for a product review or blog post. So disclose is good practise that maintains a level of trust between the blogger and the audience.
2. What consumers want???
Bloggers are more intersted to share things that can be appriciated by the others. So theres no interest for them to right about something that dosent show interest for others. In the end we want to do things that can bring up the curiozity of the others. If you fail in this you can resul in substantial fines.
3. Incorporate
The principal benefit of incorporating your blog is the separation of your personal and bussines finances, thus minimizing your personal liability.

I agree with the article. Many people are now resorting to blogging as a past time or even as a source of income. It is difficult at first but with the user friendly interface of different host like blogger, blogging becomes easy to use. I am a blogger and I'm using it to share my thoughts about the latest trends.
