Even we think is other blogging platform better SEO, I found out, even in Blogger we get better results, maybe it's the speed maybe it's that Blogger is hosted by Google, who knows?Anyway, I will write a short tutorial who you can change title tags, and this will help you to get better results in SEO terms.
1. Go to Design > edit HTML in your Blogger dashboard.
2. Search for this tag:
<title><data:blog.pageTitle/></title>
3. Replace(means remove code above and place code below) this tag with the following:
<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType == "index"'>
<title><data:blog.title/></title>
<b:else/>
<title><data:blog.pageName/></title>
</b:if>
4. Save your template.

If you are using "blogger's new look" you will have to replace the first step mentioned above "1. Go to Design > edit HTML in your Blogger dashboard" and use this one
